We invite you to discover the environment of the area as our partners take you on a tour of the region, where you will visit local towns, quaint villages and beaches enabling you to get a feel of the lifestyle, whilst at the same time visiting properties carefully matched to your requirements.

You will be staying in quality Hotel accommodation throughout your visit with us. We realise your time is valuable and getting time off work, arranging for the kids to stay with the Grandparents etc is not always easy, so we aim to make your time with us as productive as possible.

Our visits are designed to be informative and relaxing for our clients and at no time will you be under pressure from our guides, who are professional and knowledgeable of the local areas. They will give you the information you need and show you the properties that closely match your requirements and leave you to make the decision in your own time.

A typical viewing trip will consist of

• Airport transfers in the country you are visiting
• Accommodation in a three or four star hotel
• Air conditioned transport
• Introductions to Independent legal advisors and financial services if you wish to proceed with a property purchase
• Your are only responsible for the cost of your flights- refundable if you buy – see below for more information

How it works

You let us know your intended dates of travel – we will do a search for suitable flights and come back to with some options.

We will then confirm the Hotel, Airport collection arrangements with you prior to you booking your flights.

You will be collected on arrival at the local airport and taken directly to your Hotel. Depending on time of day, we will then give you a tour of the area.

The following days, you will be collected from your hotel by your guide and shown properties that closely match your requirements, with time to enable a revisit of properties you are interested in.

Should you wish to reserve a property, you will be introduced to a local solicitor, who will explain the purchasing process to you. In addition, a bank account can be opened and an introduction to a local bank to arrange any finance that may be required.

Prefer to go under your Own Steam?

We appreciate that sometimes clients may prefer to make their own travel arrangements and combine viewing property with their holiday.

Ideally, you need 2 or 3 days to get a good feel for the local area, the developments and properties we show you.

In this instance, we are happy to arrange for you to meet with our representatives who will accompany you on a tour of the area and properties. Please contact us a few days prior to your departure so the appropriate arrangements can be made.

Whichever way you chose, your Flight Costs are refundable (max value of £300) should you decide to buy !!
